We could only stay one night unfortunately (but at least we were allowed to book just one night, which can be difficult!). I have personally worked in the hotel business for over 10 years and this place is just SPECIAL. Felt more like a boutique hotel than a guest house. Lovely touches in the room and WOW I have not had a better nights sleep in a hotel in years!! Fantastic location and Mike (the owner) recommended a great place for dinner which was Great! Breakfast was wonderful fresh and plentiful. If you are looking for somewhere central and luxurious do not hesitate to stay here. All in all cant wait to go back - Many thanks Mike & Barbara hope to see you soon.

We stayed here as a birthday treat for my husband and booked last minute on laterooms.
We arrived expecting a rather nice b&b and were delivered with a B&B of hotel standards. Just beautiful! We had a four poster room with a view of greenery, an open fire and a stunning little double shower room. Everything was definitely a considered choice in regards to furnishings and final touches and really was classy without being too formal.
Downstairs boasted a lovely dining room for breakfast (which was perfect) and a lounge for guests with lovely views and a big open fire where we were invited to relax with wine before or after our night out.
Its also based right in the centre of beautiful betws-y-coed.

The hosts were fab; really friendly and helpful.
We would really recommend this for a romantic break away. Superb!

Just spent a very relaxing weekend at the Afon View and cannot fault it in any way, host very welcoming and nothing too much trouble, spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms and setting, breakfast fabulous will be returning as soon as we can!!

My husband and I went to stay for the weekend and I can honestly say we could not have chosen a more perfect place. We choose the most expensive room and felt like we had landed in a boutique hotel. The carpets were fluffy, towels were fluffy, lovely products and the most comfortable bed ever. The curtains were thick so blocked out the sun in the mornings. The breakfast was lovely. I thought the hosts were just perfect. We hate being imposed on and have stayed in places where the host acts like a stand up comedian. Not here, they were approachable, knowledgeable about the local area and friendly but not in your face which is fantastic. We can’t wait to go back.
